CURRENT STAGE

CURRENT STAGE

Licensed. Stockpiled. Restart Ready.

The Sinclair Copper Mine is fully licensed, fully compliant, and operating under recently renewed mining and environmental approvals.

The project has transitioned from evaluation to structured restart execution phase.

Approximately 200,000 metric tons of copper oxide ore are already stockpiled on site and ready for immediate crushing and processing. These stockpiles alone represent near-term production capacity.

Beyond this, Mountain One contains an estimated five to six years of additional copper oxide material accessible for blasting, crushing, screening, and processing — ensuring operational continuity from the same mineralized system that generated the existing stockpiles.

With regulatory approvals secured and material already at surface, the focus is now on processing activation and revenue generation.

NEXT STEPS

INDICATIVE NEXT STEPS

INDICATIVE NEXT STEPS

PHASE 1: PROCESSING PLANT DEPLOYMENT & PRODUCTION ACTIVATION

Deploy, commission, and operate a full on-site processing plant circuit, including crushing, screening, concentration systems, and supporting heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, and power infrastructure).

Initial operations will focus on processing the existing above-ground copper oxide stockpiles currently on site — enabling near-term production and concentrate sales to our established offtake clients.

Controlled blasting and extraction will continue at Mountain One to sustain feedstock supply and maintain production continuity.

PHASE 2: Expansion Across Mineralized Zones

Following stabilization of Phase 1 operations, mining activities will expand to additional mineralized zones within the Sinclair license area (Mountains Two, Three, and Four), supporting increased throughput and extended mine life.

PHASE 3: Sulphide Resource Development

Parallel to the copper oxide production, the Company will advance confirmation drilling and technical development of the 31+ million metric tons of copper sulphide mineralization identified below ground, positioning the project for longer-term scale and potential processing upgrades.
